Local Business Ups The Ante By Donating All Profits From All Sales To Haiti Support
Vancouver, Canada - Ilus Elu, a local cosmetics and skincare line known for its organic plant based products and socially responsible company initiatives has promised to send all profits from all sales this month to Global Medic. The company is donating the profits from the month of February to aid Global Medic in their two field hospitals and their water purification efforts in Haiti.
“We are always looking for ways to engage within the community” says Ilus Elu principal Meaghan Burford, “and the devastation in Haiti is an opportunity for the world to unite to help those in need.” Burford, who started Ilus Elu after her mother was diagnosed with skin cancer, is a strong believer of corporate social responsibility.
