In Celebration of 10 Years as a Publicly Traded Company, Alliance Data Rings NYSE Closing Bell on June 8, 2011

Alliance Data Systems Corporation, a leading provider of loyalty and marketing solutions derived from transaction-rich data, commemorated its 10th anniversary as a public company listed on the New York Stock Exchange by ringing The Closing Bell® at 4:00 pm ET on Wednesday, June 8, 2011.

In recognition of this significant milestone in the organization's history, Ed Heffernan, president and chief executive officer of Alliance Data, as well as members of the company's senior leadership team and board of directors, presided over the ringing of The Closing Bell.

In addition, to demonstrate its commitment to the Exchange and to the community, Alliance Data presented a $5,000 contribution to the trading floor's chosen non-profit, the Members Handicapped Children's Fund. The Fund directs its support to mentally and physically challenged children who have a relationship with a member of the NYSE Trading Floor community. Coincidentally, the Exchange kicked off its annual employee fund raiser benefiting the charity the following day, June 9th.
