Both supply centers will stock a full array of professional grade exterior building products including Alside vinyl siding and Alside custom-made vinyl windows to meet the needs of professional contractors, remodelers and builders. The Toledo-area supply center will open March 28 at 3510 Briarfield Boulevard in Maumee, Ohio.
"Instead of downsizing and cutting back during these difficult economic times, we are expanding and growing our business to meet our customers' needs. Our new facilities will be equipped with more trucks, people and products to better serve the area," said Dan Higey, district general manager.
The Canton facility will be located at 8595 Ronda Road and will open on April 11, employing 19 people. Like Toledo, this supply center will be stocking Alside custom-made vinyl windows and vinyl siding products, but it also will feature a large roofing yard.
The supply centers will stock additional exterior building products including Therma-Tru entry doors, JELD-WEN windows, Owens Corning and IKO roofing as well as Guardian and GreenFiber blow-in insulation.
"We have had tremendous sales growth putting us in a position to expand. Instead of opening two new locations, we have found a facility that will enable us to combine both stores and allow room for additional growth," said Higey.
Headquartered in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Alside is a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer and distributor of vinyl windows, vinyl siding and aluminum trim coil as well as aluminum and steel siding and accessories.
