Axosoft Releases OnTime Version 10 in Early Beta

OnTime Project Management, Scrum and Bug Tracking Software Version 10 Features Scrum Planning Board and TortoiseSVN Plug-In

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Axosoft, a leading provider of project management, scrum and bug tracking software for software development teams, announced that the company released OnTime version 10 in early beta on February 3, 2010.

The new version, set for final release in late March, includes a Scrum Planning Board that gives developers a new way to visualize, review and manage the life cycle of backlog items.

“The simple interface of the Scrum Planning Board in OnTime version 10 is easy to use, yet it offers a powerful way to view and interact with your items as they progress through your workflow,” said Hamid Shojaee, CEO & founder of Axosoft. “As the name implies, this addition is particularly valuable to teams practicing a Scrum or Agile methodology, but is also helpful to any development team seeking to better manage software projects.”

In addition, version 10 includes a TortoiseSVN plug-in, allowing teams using the TortoiseSVN Subversion client to have seamless communication between Subversion and OnTime. Plus, the update features e-mail and worklog enhancements, as well as an automatic-update functionality for OnTime Windows client.

OnTime is currently used by more than 100,000 software developers (in ISV, consulting and IT organizations) throughout 55 countries, in organizations like Verifone, EA Sports, Disney, the United States Army, Lego, Cox and Intel.
