This is Boloco’s third year hosting the Boloco Block Party, and it has quickly become an annual tradition and one of their employees’ favorite Boston events. The Block Party will be at full tilt all day in City Hall Plaza, where cyclists and spectators alike can check out live music from local artists, bike demos, stunt shows, games and activities for kids and families, and of course burritos served out of the famous Boloco Airstream.
Boloco has also put together Team Boloco, a group of their finest cycling friends and employees, to participate in Hub on Wheels. Hub on Wheels will take cyclists on a scenic ride throughout the city starting and ending at City Hall Plaza, with a car-free Storrow Drive and views of the Boston Harbor in between. A portion of proceeds from Hub on Wheels benefits Technology Goes Home, an openairboston.net technology-training program serving city families through the Boston Public Schools.
The Boston Cycling Celebration includes the 7th annual Hub On Wheels Citywide Ride and the 3rd annual TD Bank Mayor's Cup Pro Race. For more information or to see a list of other event sponsors, visit http://bostoncyclingcelebration.com.
