Boloco’s inspired fall flavors will benefit Movember

A pre- (and post) Thanksgiving Day Meal all rolled up

Boston, MA – Boloco, a chain of globally inspired burrito restaurants, is bringing back (by popular demand) its own version of the Thanksgiving leftovers sandwich - the Late November. Not only is this burrito delicious, especially accompanied with two new fall shakes, but there’s a great cause behind it as well. Boloco will donate 10 cents from the sale of every Late November burrito or bowl and new fall shake to Movember, a campaign dedicated to fighting prostate cancer.

This is Boloco’s second year working with Movember, an annual November campaign; last year Boloco contributed over $1,000 and this year aims to raise $5,000. Movember works closely with the Livestrong and Prostate Cancer Awareness organizations to raise money to help find a cure for the disease.  Every November, thousands of men around the world pledge to go unshaved for the entire month in an effort to raise awareness of the disease.

The Late November is a Thanksgiving-inspired blend of house-roasted turkey, homemade stuffing, green beans, and tangy cranberry chutney. Boloco is also shaking up their fall menu with the release of two new shakes, the Pumpkin Shake and the Eggnog Shake.  These concoctions feature their signature flavor, pumpkin or eggnog, as well as nonfat frozen yogurt, nonfat milk, brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. One would like to think these inspired fall menu items might be available all year round – but you can only get them through December 31.

For those Boloco enthusiasts who want to take the next step, there’s something for you as well.  If you take a picture of your mustache or beard alongside a Late November burrito, Pumpkin or Eggnog shake and post it to Boloco’s Facebook wall, they’ll add 25 points to your Boloco card (50 points gets you a freebie).  Not a bad reason to try out a ’stache.
