Brandtology’s Digital Conversation Management System (DCMS) is the first truly pan-Asia online research service, developed to meet the unique requirements of online media across the region. The DCMS uses proprietary connections to major local online media sites to analyze what is being said and present the research using visually-powerful charting tools.
The recent Synovate Young Adults Revealed Study demonstrates the huge level of online brand participation and conversation taking place every day. It finds Asian young adults especially see themselves as potential experts and are aware of their potential to influence others. For example, in the past month, 52 per cent of Chinese young adults say they had talked about a brand on an online forum and 40 per cent had added branded content to their Instant Messaging or social networking site. Globally, 76 per cent of respondents said they had forwarded product information and links to others.
