Single-Story Floor Plan Unveiled Oct. 31 at Mahogany in San Marcos by Brookfield Homes
11.03.2009 – In response to ongoing demand for a single-story floor plan, Brookfield Homes unveiled Plan 5 at Mahogany at Old Creek Ranch in San Marcos Oct. 31. The single-story home is available in limited supply, beginning with the release of Phase 10 on Oct. 31. Pricing starts in the high $500,000s.
