BR&P Celebrates the Grand Opening of the Hilton Garden Inn, Conference Center & Parking Garage in Manhattan, KS!

SPRINGFIELD, MO – Butler, Rosenbury & Partners (BR&P) is celebrating the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn, Conference Center and Parking Garage in Manhattan, KS which held its Grand Opening ceremony on November 30. Branson-based real estate development company HCW, LLC partnered with the City of Manhattan on the development.

The $28 million joint venture is located adjacent to downtown Manhattan in the Downtown Redevelopment Entertainment District. The four-story, 87,214 sq. ft. Hilton Garden Inn is a focused-service Hilton franchise hotel with an indoor pool, fitness center, full-service restaurant, and internet lobby. Directly connected to the hotel is the 33,835 sq. ft. conference center as well as a parking garage.

BR&P was responsible for the design and construction documents for the architecture and structural engineering for the hotel, conference center and parking garage as well as the landscape architecture for the hotel.

This is the latest project BR&P has completed for HCW, LLC. Additional projects completed or in progress for HCW, LLC include Branson Hills, Branson Landing North Development, Hampton Inn & Suites Branson Hills, Level 2 Steakhouse at the Branson Hilton, Payne Stewart Golf Club, and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Scottsdale, AZ.

This is the second Hilton Garden Inn property completed by BR&P. BR&P completed a Hilton Garden Inn in Evansville, IN in August 2008 for Dunn Hospitality.
