10.23.2009 – SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- The GE Theatre at Proctors in Downtown Schenectady is holding a Business Financing Resource Forum for those interested in starting or expanding a business on Thursday, November 5 from 7:30 a.m until 12:30 p.m.
The business financing resource forum is designated to helping learn and discover a variety of resources for those interested in expanding or embarking on new business ventures. The Schenectady forum will allow you to uncover funding and speak with lenders one-on-one interactively.
Held at the GE Theatre at Proctors, the Business Financing Resource Forum will be comprised of the following:
7:30 - 8:15 a.m : Registration & Trade Show
8:15 - 10:00 a.m. : Speakers and Panel Discussion
10 - 10:15 a.m. : Break & Trade Show
10:15 - 11:00 a.m. : Panel Q & A
11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m: Trade Show and one-on-one opportunities with the panel participants
The presentations will be made by representatives from a number of Business development organizations including: Small Business Administration, Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority, New York Business Development Corporation, New York State Department of Labor, Empire State Development, Capital District Community Loan Fund, Schenectady Local Development Corporation, Schenectady County Community Business Center, U-Start Business Incubator, Downtown Schenectady Improvement Corporation, Small Business Development Center, plus Entrepreneurs and Venture Capitalists.
Beginning a new business or expanding on your current one is an extremely challenging venture. Learn how to discover your resources with the Business Resource Financing Forum at the GE Theatre at Proctors on November 5, 2009 from 7:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
