General Manager/Partner Justin R. Levy comments, “I worked closely with Executive Chef/Partner Joseph M. Gionfriddo to design a new menu that would preserve our customers’ favorites while offering unique new options. Since some of our best suggestions come from our customers, we spoke with individuals to learn what types of items they would like to see on our menu.”
Caminito customers can expect to find delicious new choices such as a 14oz. center-cut pork chop served with mashed spiced sweet potato and wood fire roasted onions, finished with an apple cider glaze. Also making an appearance on the new menu will be baked empanadas stuffed with soft polenta, whole corn kernels and roasted red peppers.
