The four-course gourmet meal will be prepared and served by Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts students (all volunteers) under the direction of Chefs John Deflieze, a Chef de Cuisine with the American Culinary Federation and Clay Richardson, Chef de Cuisine and instructor at L’Academie.
