Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Hosts Valentines Extravaganza to Benefit Seriously Ill Children

Camp Soaring Eagle Fundraiser

On February 12, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale will host a special fundraising dinner for The Camp Soaring Eagle Foundation , a medically based camping program for children with serious and life threatening illnesses at their student run L’Academie Restaurant in Scottsdale. Tickets are $200 per couple and the evening includes four-courses with wine pairings, a culinary inspired silent auction, musical entertainment and valet parking. The four-course gourmet meal will be prepared and served by Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts students (all volunteers) under the direction of Chefs John Deflieze, a Chef de Cuisine with the American Culinary Federation and Clay Richardson, Chef de Cuisine and instructor at L’Academie.
