New Institute Partners with Tech Company to Educate Public Sector CIOs on Emerging Technologies, Case Studies and Best Practices

HARRISBURG, PA., February 8, 2012 – As a founding member of Harrisburg University of Science and Technology’s Innovation Center, CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced support of its newly launched Government Technology Institute (GTI) program.

GTI, which officially launched in October 2011, provides education and training for government IT employees through courses, seminars and certification programs, such as the Certified Government Chief Information Officer Program.
