CHICAGO (August 2009) -- Qualified minority real estate professionals can take a step toward learning the basics of commercial real estate through a discount voucher program offered by the CCIM Institute, a leader in commercial real estate education.
Under the program, a limited number of $150.00 discount vouchers will be provided to minority professionals to enroll in the Institute�s Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Analysis, a two-day course offered in more than 50 markets nationwide. The total cost of the course varies within each market.

The discount voucher program is in effect through year-end 2009, or until a prescribed number of vouchers has been distributed.
The Introduction course is one of five graduate-level courses developed by CCIM Institute and offered in 2009. Students will study the investment potential of various property types, learn how to interpret market trends, analyze common finance programs and gain insight into other basic bottom-line aspects of commercial real estate. The course is taught by experienced Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIMs).
