2. Determine how to delineate a trade area for a given site
3. Learn how to quantify demand in the trade area
4. Estimate potential sales
5. Learn to determine tenant mix
6. Complete financial feasibility tests
Participants will learn to apply the CCIM Feasibility Analysis Process Model to work through market, political and legal, physical and design, and financial analyses for the development and then for the acquisition of the retail property.
