“COSI appreciates the support we get from our community and the many partnerships we have developed,” said David E. Chesebrough, Ed. D., President and CEO. “We try to make sure we return that support and are excited for Community Open House as one of the strategies that last year saw over 100,000 of our 1 million engagements made accessible through some form of reduced or free access. We are glad to be able to celebrate a brand new school year and all the learning that is forthcoming with a day here at COSI.”

COSI closes annually to get some projects and cleaning done without affecting guests. During the close, projects like dusting, doing maintenance on exhibits and re-carpeting are common. For a sneak peak at what’s going on inside COSI, check Facebook for updates.
