DaVita’s teammates (employees) competed both as teams and individually in the costume contest. Team costumes included “Nudist Colony on Strike,” by DaVita Marketing (Marketeers); “Famous Zombies,” by DaVita’s Compliance group (Team Quest); “Ninjas,” by DaVita Strategic Development (Scouts); “The Scooby Doo Gang,” by Payor Relations; “Puzzle Pieces,” by BDP Central (The Funky Bunch); “Nerds,” by Internal Training and Development (The Wisdom Team); and “Wiggin-Out,” by DaVita Insurance Management.
The celebration reinforced several of DaVita’s core values, specifically the values of Team and Fun. Highlights from the competition included a serenade by DaVita’s Compliance group (Team Quest) and an interpretive dance by DaVita’s Communications team (D-COMM).
