Decker Design Wins 2009 ARC Awards

The annual report “Conserve to Preserve: The Wave of the Future” created by Decker Design for natural gas provider New Jersey Resources has been named 2009 ARC Award Best of Class Grand Winner in the category Interior Photography – USA, today announced Lynda Decker.

“Photography is a key element of many of our visual communications strategies, so this award is very meaningful to us,” said Lynda Decker, founder and president of Decker Design a New York city-based visual communications design firm. “John Madere, the photographer on this and many of our other projects, once again worked his magic to provide us with images that had the emotional impact we were looking for.”

This is the fourth consecutive year Decker Design’s work for New Jersey Resources has been recognized by ARC, who received this year over 1,800 entries from 25 countries. Decker also won Honors for the New Jersey Resources report in the Annual Report with Form 10K category.

The International ARC Awards is the "Academy Awards of Annual Reports," according to the financial media. It is now the largest international competition honoring excellence in annual reports. The competition is open to corporations, small companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and associations, as well as agencies and individuals involved in producing annual reports.
