Appointments: New Talent Joins Digitas France

Neuilly sur Seine - To support its recent growth, the office of Digitas France, led by Mathieu MORGENSZTERN, announces several new hires: Matthieu MINGASSON – UX Creative Director; Serge ATTIAS and Charles HAGELSTEEN as Partner and Stéphane MAGUET – Creative Technologist.

Digitas France continues to strengthen its management teams with the arrival of two new Partners and more:

- With years of experience in advertising under his belt, Serge ATTIAS joins Digitas France as Partner. After working at Bates New York for five years as an Account Director, he joined TEQUILA Marketing Services in London and then later returned to France to the post of DDA Marketing Communication for TUTTIFIESTA.COM. Prior to joining Digitas, Serge had worked at Ogilvy as Regional Account Director since 2004. In his new role, Serge will lead the Nestlé and Whirlpool EMEA accounts.

- Charles HAGELSTEEN joins the agency as Partner, leading New Business. After graduating from HEC, co-founding Tigersushi Records, and then working as a journalist, Charles developed his content creation expertise at Public Système and Fullsix (SiXtizen, 6am) agencies as an Account Director for Nokia, Sony, SFR and Eurostar. An expert in digital strategy, he then joined Vanksen Paris in 2010 to create the strategic planning department. In his new role, Charles will lead the agency’s growth both in France and internationally.

- As part of this new growth, the Creative department welcomes Matthieu MINGASSON, 43 years old, as Creative Director for Experience Design. He started his career in the mainstream press at Rolling Stone France and Nouvel Observateur. In the early 90’s, when he was an Artistic Director at Textuel, his interest on structuring information became apparent. From the very beginning of Web, he focused on information architecture and the conception of technical web devices - work that he developed as a consultant up until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, he then built Ogilvy’s Interactive User Experience department. In his work at Digitas France, Matthieu will lead the User Experience team and the functional conception towards a strategic dimension, focused on design and brand services.

- Stéphane MAGUET also joins Digitas’s Design department as a Creative Technologist to reinforce and develop DIGITAS LAB, Digitas transversal unit of brand monitoring and production. Having worked as an Artistic Director for CANAL+’s new programs department, and then as the manager of innovative projects at Vivendi Universal, Stéphane later founded the agency Numeriscausa in 2005, specializing in technology creation for brand services and events. Stéphane will be in charge of developing Digitas’ expertise in relation to new mobile supports and points of sale digitalization.
