06.12.2009 – - Irvine, Calif. - James Norwood, vice president of worldwide product marketing for Epicor was recently featured in a Manufacturing Business Technology executive webcast on "SOA as a tool for business process management". In a broadcast hosted by Sidney Hill, executive editor of Manufacturing Business Technology, Norwood offers insights and differentiators behind Epicor's next-generation, True SOA (tm) framework, Epicor ICE 2.0. Ian Finley, vice president of AMR Research; Bruce Williams, senior vice president of Software AG; Frank Castaldini, product marketing manager for Software AG; Rourke McNamara, head of product management for TIBCO; and Eric Herness, BPM chief architect for IBM also joined the panel.
