Federal Housing Tax Credit Ends Soon, But Shea Homes Has Available Inventory for Quick Move-In
11.04.2009 – There is still time to take advantage of the $8,000 federal housing tax credit for first-time home buyers, according to Shea Homes. The builder of new homes in San Diego has an available inventory to meet the Dec. 1 deadline to apply.
“Current low interest rates and the limited-time availability of the federal housing tax credit create excellent conditions right now for first-time home buyers,” said Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes San Diego. “We have new homes throughout San Diego County that are available to close soon. Visit our new home neighborhoods for the most up-to-date information.”
According to Linn, there are several homes available for quick move-in.
• Two new homes in San Diego are available to close soon at Mandolin at Del Sur, a motorcourt condominium neighborhood by Shea Homes. For information, call 858-832-1368.
