PitchEngine Partners with Culture Fish Media for Asian Distribution, Translations
New Partnership to Bring Asian PR Distribution, Localizations and Translations
11.03.2008 – PitchEngine, a new public relations service for the social web, announced plans to bring the social media release engine to the Asian business market by partnering with Culture Fish Media (CFM).
The new service will not only allow PR pros to translate PitchEngine releases from English to Chinese, but also to multiple languages through CFM's dedicated translation team. The PitchEngine web app itself will be available in multiple languages as well, giving Asian businesses the ability to easily build and share Social Media Press Releases within their markets, and to other English speaking markets outside of Asia.
"We're excited to bring PitchEngine to the Asian market, which is hungry for this type of new approach to PR through social media," said PitchEngine's founder, Jason Kintzler, "No matter what the size of your business is, social media offers a level playing field where media and consumers alike can take your brand at face value."
CFM brings unique perspective and experience to PitchEngine, having worked with large businesses and major brands in the PR and media space. CFM will not only bring certified translation capabilities to PitchEngine users, but also localizations.
"We're proud to be working alongside an emerging PR company that we believe will bring about big change in PR and business relations. It's our goal to provide distribution and language services for PitchEngine clients with a sensitivity to local tastes," said CFM's CEO, Lonnie Hodge.
While PitchEngine has not announced a launch date, the startup plans to have this new feature available within a couple months.
"People are in for a long list of features and a few big surprises from us. It's going to be an eye-popping next couple months for sure," said Kintzler.
