Appliance Service and Equipment Installation Crews Growing at Bonfes
07.09.2009 – Chuck Pederson has joined Bonfe’s Plumbing, Heating and Air Service, Inc. as a new appliance service technician. Chuck’s Service Manager, Steve France, says, “Chuck’s ability to diagnose a problem, communicate the solution to the customer and remedy the situation quickly will undoubtedly help our customers get through whatever frustrating or inconvenient appliance issue they are dealing with.” Chuck’s eight years in the appliance repair industry will be a great addition to the already knowledgeable staff at Bonfe’s.
Bonfe’s is also happy to announce the addition of Mike Granlund to their HVAC equipment installation crew. Mike has been doing residential replacements of furnaces and air conditioners for over 20 years. Steve France is thrilled to have Mike on board since “his ability to size up an installation, get the system running efficiently and then walk the customer through the operation is the kind of service experience customers are looking for these days.”
While others in the plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair industries are downsizing, Bonfe’s has found themselves expanding services and their employee base to handle the new business.
