09.29.2009 – LONDON, UK - ShipServ, the leading maritime e-marketplace, today announced it won Bronze Medal in the Marketing Automation category at the 2009 Gartner & 1to1 Customer Awards.
The award is in recognition of the company’s innovative use of lead nurturing, customer relationship management (CRM) and social media tools to help market its business and stay in touch with existing customers.
The award was particularly notable given ShipServ were runners-up to RIM (the makers of Blackberry smartphones) and EMC (the $8bn storage technology company).
