Capital City Distribution Buys SYSPRO Software for Data Unification, Operational Insight, Superior Inventory Control

Capital City had been using Quickbooks and Inflow, but company management realized the need for an ERP solution to better control inventory and integrate and unify all operational data for enhanced business analysis and accurate forecasting. According to Guau Phang, president, Capital City Distribution, the company’s choice of SYSPRO ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software was based on a combination of features, functionality and cost. Another big plus, he notes, is SYSPRO Return Merchandise, which will give Capital City an efficient method of controlling the return and exchange of items sold to customers, providing visibility and tracking of the item until the transaction is concluded.
