04.19.2009 – Victor, NY 3.31.2009 -- Auction Direct USA''s Superstore, located in Victor, NY introduces another new initiative to help its push to change the way consumers purchase used cars. Auction Direct is using Fididel’s new InteractNow! solution to create a memorable online buying experience by simplifying and reducing the amount of time it takes to buy a used car.
Fididel created a custom application for the retail automotive segment with the InteractNow!™ solution, a patent-pending technology. The ultimate goal is an efficient, interactive process which reduces the time spent buying a vehicle. The InteractNow! solution incorporates the following features:
- Conduct chat with VIN-specific information displayed.
- Transfer a live chat between dealership personnel.
- Unique queuing system allows interaction with several web site visitors simultaneously.
- Lead collection performed during non-business hours.
- Monitor incoming chat requests and reach dealership personnel through SMS.
- Accept secure payments (e.g. PayPal)
