REVISION SHOOTER MAX MICHEL CAPTURES 2ND, 4TH PLACE AT 2010 PRO-AM SHOOTING CHAMPIONSHIP
07.20.2010 – Essex Junction, VT, USA – Max Michel, champion shooter for Revision Eyewear, captured 2nd place in the Open Pro Division and 4th place in the Limited Pro Division at the 2010 Pro-Am Shooting Championship, held July 15-18, 2010 in Tulsa, OK. Michel had won five of the eight stages in the Open Pro, and narrowly missed first place by four points, with a total score of 219 to Dave Sevigny. Over 350 competitors turned out to compete in the one hundred degree Oklahoma heat.
"When shooting in general, you always want to protect your eyes. When competing in the Pro-Am it is even more important due to the fact that all of the targets are steel,” commented Michel. “Steel has the chance to ricochet back toward the shooter and Revision Eyewear provides me the protection that no other can, which allows me to stay focused on the competition."
Michel’s next competition is the Steel Challenge World Speed Shooting Championship in Piru, CA on August 19-21, 2010.
