L. A. County Natural History Museum’s Amazing 14 Foot Long T. rex Puppet To Star in an All New Story Pirates Show
LOS ANGELES, May 23, 2012 – The Geffen Playhouse Story Pirates are teaming up with the National History Museum of Los Angeles County to present an all new Saturday Scene production, A T. rex Is Loose!, complete with a walking, stalking kid dinosaur. For the first time, Hunter, the museum’s resident Tyrannosaurus rex (aptly named because he’s always on the lookout for a good meal) will be loose in the theater! But, you know what they say – the show must go on. In true Story Pirates fashion, the performance will be based on stories written by kids – mostly about dinosaurs and prehistoric life – and everyone will learn a little something about the way dinosaurs lived.
