The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Generational Equity’s Managing Director, Terry Mackin and Assistant Vice President, Kyle Coe advised Records Consultants, Inc. during their sale to a Private Investor in January 2009. “This deal was very unique and, for that reason, we received several inquiries”, said Mr. Mackin, “but the client liked the buyers and their business background, which made for a fairly seamless transaction.”
