Gerber's New Metolius E-Z Open Knife Makes Hunting Easier

The Metolius E-Z Open is the tool to have when gutting game. The sharp side of the fixed blade is on the top side and the point of the blade is protected by a safety ball. This allows the user to safely draw the knife along the inside of the skin without inadvertently puncturing organs while gutting and cleaning an animal. The handle features SoftGrip® over mold and deep finger grooves for a tactile, non-slip grip. A lanyard hole in the handle allows the knife to be attached to the sheath or elsewhere.
