Key highlights of ActiveReports 6 include:

1. New controls that make it easier to design complex reports, invoices, and layouts within its Report Designer for Microsoft’s Visual Studio. The same features are also available as part of the End User Report Designer for the users of the .NET Framework applications.

3. Digital signatures and timestamps to enable generation of truly secure PDF documents.

4. Support for Reduced Space Symbology (RSS) compressed bar codes used to reduce product packaging needs and provide more consumer information using less space.
