Education Foundation helps the Green Construction Academy get the job done

Lander Valley Education Foundation has recieved grants from State Farm and the Wyoming Community Foundation to help fund an innovative greenhouse and gardening project that will benefit students from Fremont County School District 1.
The greenhouse is currently being built by Pathfinder High School students who are enrolled in the Green Construction Academy with the help of community partners such as Artery Construction, AD Martin Lumber, and the Life Resource Center.
The greenhouse will be a wood framed building with polycarbonate panels that will feature green building techniques including solar power and rain water collection. It is located at the Wyoming Life Resource Center In Lander.
