Kansas City, MO (Dec. 5, 2019) – The Dining Experience, located inside the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, launched its new winter menu on Dec. 5, just in time for the Kauffman Center’s holiday season of performances. In her third year at Kauffman Center, Executive Chef Laura Comer continues to feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients in each of the 14 dishes offered on the menu.

Executive Chef Comer’s winter menu includes classic dishes like Wild Mushroom Gnocchi, Carrot Ginger Soup, and Pan Seared Duck Breast, while incorporating more adventurous plates including Burrata and Orange Roasted Beet Salad and Potato Crusted Halibut. Executive Chef Comer’s Dining Experience winter menu launches on Thursday, Dec. 5 in the Founders’ Lounge, located inside the south doors on level two of the Kauffman Center. Guests are invited to choose one selection from each of the three courses provided for $39 per person.

The Dining Experience also offers an overture menu of lighter fare, a selection of seasonal craft cocktails and a diverse collection of wines and spirits.
