SMUD along with SunPower, Lennar’s solar system provider, will be on-site presenting how the solar electric system works as well as covering the energy-efficient benefits of living in a Lennar solar home. For convenience, two seminars are being held with the first beginning at 11:30 a.m. and the second seminar beginning at 1 p.m. at the Kavala Ranch Sales Pavilion.
“We will show buyers just how simple it is to get into a new solar home today with Lennar,” says Laura Stickelman, Sales Manager for Lennar Sacramento. “We explain the homebuying process step-by-step and make it easy to understand so that buyers feel more informed when making their purchase decision.”
The Kavala Ranch Sales Pavilion is located at 11886 Elk View Way in Rancho Cordova.
Customers can tour four models that demonstrate plans from all three of our Kavala Ranch’s communities; Cazadero, Andravida and Verano. Floorplan styles range from approximately 1,463 to 3,491 square feet.
