LENNAR SET TO INTRODUCE THREE NEW COMMUNITIES IN THE SOUTHEAST VALLEY THIS FALL
With three brand new communities set to open in Fall 2009, Lennar is buying new land and aggressively expanding throughout the Phoenix Valley while many other builders are contracting.
11.03.2009 – PHOENIX, AZ — With three brand new communities set to open in Fall 2009, Lennar is buying new land and aggressively expanding throughout the Phoenix Valley while many other builders are contracting. By November, Lennar will open Evans Ranch, Bella Via and Keighley Place in the Southeast Valley – each providing homebuyers with eloquently designed homes and distinctive floor plans at affordable prices. As the market has changed in Phoenix, Lennar has moved quickly to meet home buyers new discerning demands.
While many new home builders are reducing and contracting their presence in Phoenix, Lennar has been a rare exception in buying new land and opening multiple new communities.
"We are excited to open three new Lennar communities in the Southeast Valley this fall," said Alan Jones, Lennar Arizona Division President. "We are bullish on the prospects for recovery and growth in Phoenix and the Southeast Valley in particular. Lennar has been building homes in Phoenix for the past 44 years and we expect to be building homes here for years to come."
Set within the growing city of Gilbert near Val Vista and Riggs Road, Evans Ranch will offer 40 spacious home sites with single-family homes that will feature approximately 2,197 to 3,811 square feet of living space and pricing is anticipated to start in the low $200,000’s. Model home construction is slated to begin in December 2009.
The city of Gilbert boasts a top-notch public education system, with 37 of the city’s 43 schools receiving the highest possible rankings of “Excelling” and “Highly Performing” from the Arizona Department of Education’s school achievement review. Evans Ranch is conveniently located across the street from the newly opened Basha High School.
Model homes are currently under construction at Bella Via, located near Warner and Signal Butte in the city of Mesa. With 81 home sites being offered, the charming single-family homes will range from 1,400 to 2,567 square feet and pricing is anticipated to start in the upper $100,000’s. Bella Via is part of the larger Bella Via master plan community and offers a desirable location close to a variety of new shopping and recreation centers, with easy access to the 60 freeway.
Also located in the city of Mesa, the single-family homes at Keighley Place will offer 1,563 to 2,767 square feet of living space on 42 home sites. Prices for these residences are expected to begin in the upper $100,000’s and model home construction will begin in December 2009. Set near Mountain Road and Ray Road, this popular location is in close proximity to excellent schools and an array of shopping and recreation choices.
