The ideal candidate is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, and will have excellent writing and analytical abilities, as well as strong editing skills. The intern will operate with the highest degree of professionalism. An interest and/or background knowledge in diplomacy and Sino-US relations is a definite plus.
The Midwest US-China Association is a non-profit, non-partisan organization whose goal is to facilitate collaboration between Midwestern institutions and those with like-minded interests in China. The MWCA spectrum focuses on four major platforms: business, government, education and culture.One MWCA's main goals is to promote mutual understanding of the cultures of China and the Midwestern United States, and we recognize the importance of establishing clear, concise and accurate dialogue between our partners.
