About Danny Roberts

Danny Roberts is a professional illustrator, photographer, and graphic designer based in Southern California. He attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo majoring in photography, and transferred to the Academy of Art University (AAU) in San Francisco to study Fashion Illustration. While at Cal Poly, Danny’s art - displayed at their Annual Juried Student Show for Art and Design - won the freelance category. Several of his pieces were on display in the AAU School of Fashion in the spring of 2007, and he illustrated their Lookbook for the 2008 New York Fashion Week. Mr. Roberts was selected as the first featured portfolio on the WGSN Generation Now Website for 2007, a unique showcase of graduating talent from the world's leading universities and design colleges. His work has been featured in publications in more than nine different countries (see list below), and Mr. Roberts is also the creator of a very successful blog, which has received over 460,000 unique visitors since its inception in mid 2008.
