Hardee’s Gives Guests the Opportunity to Support Our Veterans
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - In observance of Veteran’s Day, the Hardee’s® ThickBurger® is going to work for heroes during the month of November. Guests who purchase the 100% Black Angus Beef Thickburger or other Hardee’s menu items will have the opportunity to donate $1 or more to organizations that serve and honor our veterans.
“We wanted to give our guests the opportunity to join us in saying thank you to our service men and women,” said Margaret LeVecke of Hardee’s franchise group MJKL Enterprises Midwest, LLC. “Our ‘Dollar Add-On’ promotion lets everyone make a small donation which can make a really large difference in the life of a veteran.”

Customers Give Generously to Support “Pink Star” Restaurant Donation Program
ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Sept 21, 2009 – CKE Restaurants, Inc. today announced it has reached its goal of raising $1 million for breast cancer programs and awareness through its “Pink Star” fundraising campaign. During the three-week, in-store fundraiser that began in April, guests at Carl’s Jr.® and Hardee’s® restaurants across the United States donated to the campaign in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).
