The first nutrition tool is a 400 calorie cheat sheet (http://noodles.com/nutrition/400calories.php) that displays hundreds of meal combinations that have 400 calories or less. The guide organizes entrées by cuisine type (Asian, Mediterranean and American) and then suggests a protein, side salad or even a roll or flatbread (yes, bread!) for combinations with 400 calories or less.
Second, is the interactive nutrition sorter (http://noodles.com/nutrition/sorter.php) that allows guests to click on a dietary need, such as watching fat , watching gluten or vegetarian dishes, and the sorter will identify the Noodles & Company dishes that best suit those requirements.
The nutrition tool kit wouldn’t be complete without culinary and healthful tips from Noodles’ very own chef and registered dietician, Tessa Stamper. “Tessa’s Tips” lives on the Noodles & Company blog (http://noodlesandcompany.wordpress.com/) and will be updated once a month. This month, learn how to cut calories while indulging in flavor.
Noodles & Company also offers its complete nutritional information online at http://noodles.com/ and in its 255 restaurants.
