The expansion of the sales division is targeted at strengthening the unit for continued growth with plans to drive and develop a new category of interactive products in the coming months.

Knapp has been with OmniMount since 2006 and will now be responsible for managing operations of the professional division. “OmniMount has recently seen significant growth in its professional division,” said Knapp. “My goal is to further drive that growth by introducing products that are designed specifically for hospitality, education and security.” Knapp brings more than 26 years of experience in the consumer electronics and commercial industries to his new position. Before joining OmniMount, he was with Toshiba America as the Western Regional Sales Manager.
Deutsch will oversee operations of all the North America sales divisions as senior vice president. In particular, Deutsch will bring a portfolio of products to market that focus on unique, trend-setting interactive designs. Previously with Ergotron for over 23 years, most recently as vice president of ODM sales, Deutsch is a proven veteran of the mount business.
Idone joins the OmniMount team as general manager of sales for national accounts with more than 23 years of retail-based sales experience in the CE industry, specializing in key, major accounts. Idone will focus his expertise on growing the channel for OmniMount. Prior to OmniMount, Idone was with Audiovox and Thomson Consumer Electronics.
