This year, Ovation is adding staff at a time when many businesses are slowing down or even cutting back. "We have a vision, great product, and strong service. Adding bandwidth in the area of business development should be a force multiplier for us, helping Ovation advance to the next level," said Ovation Interactive CEO Micheal Svoboda.
New Account Executives:
Tania Kaas steps back into business development at Ovation after a relaxing summer break with family. Tania is pursuing mid- and upscale dining and hotel establishments for Ovation's Digital Dining Displays.
Brent Willson joins the company with a proven history in sales, particularly the wireless and data storage fields. Brent will leverage his experience to add wireless carriers and dealers to Ovation's client roster.
Rod McDowell draws on his national sales background in automotive industry where he spent five years promoting value-added services to dealerships. Rod will work to improve customer experience at auto dealers with the addition of digital displays in service waiting areas.
The new team members join veteran Ovation employee Sarah Zimmerman and comprise Ovation's sales force. Sarah's background includes small business advertising sales, operations, marketing and design. Her knowledge of the theater industry supports Ovation's Digital Lobby Poster product.
The new, larger team model allows for individual strengths to combine in the pursuit of key business endeavors. Much time will be spent by each account executive out in the field making customer visits, with periodic debriefings and planning sessioins in the company offices.
