According to Stuart Cox, Managing Director of The Peard Real Estate Group, research undertaken by the company indicates that street signage accounts for more than 20% of buyer inquiries for properties that are listed with The Peard Real Estate Group.
"The upswing in the second and third buyer market in Perth means that real estate agents need to evolve their marketing strategies and to capitalize on proven selling techniques such as street signage if they wish to serve the best interests for their clients.
"As a result of this importance in street signage, Peard is constantly modernising its signage to maximize the benefits of this important marketing tool for selling properties.
"Peard was the first real estate agencies in Perth to introduce doubled sided streets signs and then curved signs which are much more visible because they are facing up and down the street as opposed to traditional signs facing directly onto the street.
"The new premium signs which are 1.8metres by 1.2metres, feature a prominent metallic strip which easily reflects sunlight and therefore draws the attention of passing motorists. These specially designed signs are used by Peard to market properties priced above $800,000.
"Peard has successfully sold a large number of million plus properties using these new signs over the past month and we plan to gradually roll out them out over the coming months as demand increases," he said.
