Haute or Not? @PetMD®, a lifestyle media property that is written in the many voices of its animal product testers, consisting of four dogs, two cats and a horse, announced today the premiere of its online chronicle, “Gordi's Journey to Halo,” in which one of their lead product testers makes the commitment to get in the best shape of her life.
This is a solo journey for Gordi, an eight-year-old Labrador Retriever. Although Gordi has always been a generally happy dog, playing catch with her family on the beach and strolling Lincoln Road, she realized she wanted to feel better, inside and out, when she was invited to attend a star-studded charity event.
"When we heard that Gordi may not go because she just didn't feel young and beautiful anymore, well, you'd have to have a heart of stone to not want to inspire Gordi to believe in herself again!" said Wanita Burnett, Co-Founder & VP of Strategy for PetMD. "We told her, if Tyra Banks can get her shape back, well, Gordi, you can too."

Over the next several weeks Gordi will be blogging her personal journey as she becomes the best "old girl" she can be, healthy inside and out, on the Halo menu and health program.
