TransferBigFiles.com will now offer a premium service for only $5 per month that allows users to send files up to 2GB in size. The premium service also allows users to store files indefinitely (up to 5GB), to download files up to 200 times, to receive a confirmation receipt from each person who downloads the file and to password protect files. The site will still offer its popular free service, allowing files less than 1GB in size to be sent at no cost.
“TransferBigFiles.com started as a side-project for the Axosoft team to help users send large files reliably to others for free, without any intrusive advertising or gimmicks,” said Hamid Shojaee, CEO and Founder of Axosoft. “Its popularity has encouraged us to add more features, but there is still no spyware, popup ads, data mining or selling of any kind with free or premium file transfers.”
Additionally, users can set-up a dropbox on their own web site where visitors can send the user files through TransferBigFiles.com for $10 more per month. This option serves as an efficient and less-expensive alternative for businesses that receive large files frequently, such as printers, graphic designers and architects.
