(Casper, Wyo.) - Local cancer survivors and their caregivers are invited to join theAmerican Cancer Society Relay For Life of Casper on July 29 at Kelly Walsh High School, 3500 East 12th Street.

The survivors
walk the celebratory first lap at Relay For Life. As the survivors walk, other participants cheer them on in a demonstration of support and celebration. Anyone who has ever been diagnosed with cancer may participate. There will also be a special meal for survivors at 5 p.m. provided by Olive Garden.
The Relay For Life of Casper is a community event where teams and individuals set up campsites and take turns walking or running around a track. Last year, 4 million people participated in more than 6,000 events worldwide. The money raised supports groundbreaking cancer research, education and risk reduction efforts, and free information and critical services for people with cancer who need them.
