Jax Fish House celebrates the year’s longest day with summer’s perfect sipper, rosé

Chef de Cuisine Theresia Ota and staff create “Longest Day to Drink Rosé" wine dinner on June 21


KANSAS CITY, Mo. (June 1, 2016) – Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar will celebrate the summer solstice with its inaugural “Longest Day to Drink Rose” wine dinner on Tuesday, June 21. For $85, guests can enjoy an amuse bouche and five courses with rosé wine pairings created by Jax Chef de Cuisine Theresia Ota and her team, including a special dessert by Jax Pastry Chef Kelly Conwell.


Jax will take reservations for the “Longest Day to Drink Rose” dinner from 6-8 p.m. for only 40 guests total. A select number of guests have the option to enjoy the wine dinner on Jax Fish House’s new patio. Call the restaurant at (816) 437-7940 to make a reservation.
