Jax chefs offer special menu in addition to regular menu on New Year’s Eve
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Dec. 17, 2015) – Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar will be open for regular hours on New Year’s Eve and will offer special menu items exclusive for the evening. Jax Chef de Cuisine Theresia Ota, Sous Chef Jeff Dietzler and Pastry Chef Kelly Conwell combined their talents to create two starters, two entrees and two desserts to celebrate the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016.
A special feature exclusively available on Jax's New Year's Eve menu is Bangs Island Mussels, which are hand-raised in the waters of Casco Bay, off the coasts of Maine.
Jax will open at 4 p.m. and run its regular dinner menu, in addition to the special New Year’s Eve offerings immediately below. Happy hour will run during its normal time from 4 to 6 p.m.
