2nd Chance Learning Center Receives $10,000 Donation from Dominion

11.05.2009 – BLUEFIELD, VA – On behalf of the 2nd Chance Learning Center, Erik Robinson, executive director and co-founder, received a $10,000 donation from Dominion to support the education efforts of the Learning Center.
