Homes by Avi Breaks Ground in Kyle, Texas Neighborhood

At the end of January, Plum Creek Development Partners announced that homebuilder Homes by Avi is offering new homes in the mixed-use, master-planned community of Plum Creek.

Homes by Avi is an award-winning Energy Star Partner home builder with homes in communities in Austin, Texas; Calgary and Edmonton, Canada. Experienced in building in urban and suburban environments, Homes by Avi has created many different products for the market place which include front and rear detached houses, street town attached product, duplexes, multifamily dwellings and Shop Houses, a three story live/work design. Seeing the potential for growth in the greater Austin area, Homes by Avi established a US headquarters in Austin in 2005.

The homebuilding company chose to expand their Austin-area business to the mixed-use, master-planned Plum Creek because of the sense of community that has been created over the past decade. Things that make Plum Creek different from most suburban neighborhoods include shady, tree-lined sidewalks, the ability to walk to neighboring businesses, and places for recreation including parks, pools, a community center, trails, a golf course and a fishing lake.

Homes by Avi is currently offering five one and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,830 to 2,677 square feet with prices from the $170s to the $210s. Their 2,104 square foot one story model home called the Whitney is under construction at 1120 Sanders and is expected to be completed by the end of February. Bigelow Homes and KB Home are also currently building in the Kyle, Texas neighborhood.
