Cappelli’s Catering celebrates 20 years of business with expansion

Cappelli’s Catering will enter its twentieth year in business with a newly expanded facility. The new space allows the full-service, off-premise event planning and catering company to enhance its service to clients and accommodate future growth.

“We are so pleased to celebrate two great milestones this year,” says Thomas Anthony Sbrocco, president of Cappelli’s Catering. “Our 20 years of experience, combined with this newer, bigger, more efficient working space, makes the future look very bright.”

Cappelli’s Catering doubled the size of its facility, adding 1,600 square feet. The kitchen layout has been revised to fine tune efficiency, and improvements were made to the client event planning area to enhance customer service. The ware washing room has been improved, and the caterer has added more hot food preparation equipment, including additional ovens and a new 40-gallon tilt skillet for large-scale sautéing. The company hosted a grand reopening for clients to preview the new facility and celebrate the twentieth anniversary.
